Hi, I’m Nicky Angelone

I am here to support you to live a more meaningful and fulfilled life, where you feel centred, content, and free from daily overwhelm, stress, and pain. Through individual counselling sessions online or in person, I help people find their own inner peace, calm, and personal balance.

My clients are adults who come to me for individualised one-on-one support through counselling. My counselling rooms are in Dingley, Melbourne, and I also see clients from around Melbourne, Australia, and across the globe via video counselling sessions.

No one thinks twice about the need for a physical health coach, or personal trainer - why should a mental health coach, or counsellor, be any different?

If you want a personal trainer for your mind, that’s where I’m here to help.

I can help you learn psychological skills and strategies that support improved wellbeing. In traditional talk therapy you talk about what you’re struggling with, or wanting to change, and we work together to understand what is needed to function more fully. I also offer somatic practices in my work with counselling clients.

My style is warm and personable, and my approach is all about keeping it simple and accessible.

Alongside listening and exploring what needs to be tended to and processed I offer you tailored, practical tools and knowledge that fit realistically into your life and lifestyle (no matter how busy you might be!).
