The aim of the course is for you to learn to meditate on your own, anywhere, anytime.

A practical and easy approach to incorporating meditation into our contemporary lives. We're not all monks with hours on end to sit in lotus pose and still our minds! and you know what, we don't need to stop thoughts to meditate.

Course Dates:

Wednesday 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th November

Time: 1.45pm - 3pm

Location: Oscar's Hangout (in Riley's Retreat); 2/11 Hall Mark Rd, Mordialloc
