Thursdays in January & February with 6 follow up online sessions throughout the year.
Face to Face sessions:
January 24th, 31st and February 7th, 21st & 28th. Note - no session 14th February.
When studying and living with the constant pressure of SACS, casual work, sporting commitments, friendships and family dynamics, it can get a little stressful. Energy levels slump, immunity drops and headaches may start to present.
