Our signature Wellness Programs for work places are

  • meditation for the modern day worker

  • Cultivating Healthy Habits to boost performance

Why consider these programs for your work place?

Experience and research tells us that workers are experiencing increasing levels of pressure and stress and this is impacting their health and ability to focus and maintain productivity. This impacts unplanned leave and presenteeism (showing up but not performing), affecting individuals personally and organisation performance. Our Meditation and Mindfulness programs can provide simple, practical and accessible ways to improve engagement, creativity and health, while simultaneously reducing sick leave and work frustrations. Our 'healthy habits' program incorporates mindfulness into each aspect of establishing new habits.

Benefits of meditation in the work place

Engagement – improved job satisfaction and attendance with less unplanned leave1

Productivity - improved focus and performance along with strengthened immunity and better quality sleep

Relationships – enriched connections, expanded self awareness and a sense of compassion

I really enjoyed the Healthy Habits program and would highly recommend it.

  • The practical approach and small changes introduced each session has been encouraging and motivated me to keep at it

  • Nicky is a great teacher who genuinely cares about people’s wellbeing, which is reflected in her open and inclusive teaching style

  • There is no judgement or pressure in these sessions and everyone was given an opportunity to share their experience if they felt comfortable

  • Lastly, I love that most of what we learnt is grounded in science!
