5 WEEK MINDFULNESS MEDITATION COURSE

Have you been wanting to learn to meditate but don't know how to start? Maybe you've been interested in mindfulness and meditation for a while but haven't found time to learn more? Do you need help to calm in stressful situations? Or perhaps you're searching for a way to slow down or find space amidst a busy life.

Our 5 week intro course aims for you to learn to be mindful and to meditate, on your own, anywhere, anytime. 

Our approach is to be practical and keep things simple so mindfulness and meditation can be easily incorporated into our modern day lives. 2019 courses run in February/March, May/June and September/October.

WEEKLY MEDITATION - tuesday’s 8.10-8.45pm

We offer weekly meditation sessions on Tuesday evenings from 8.10-8.45pm at St Augustine’s Fielder Hall, in Mentone.

These weekly meditation sessions are guided and we practice different meditations each week. Bookings are by term, or casual. Everyone welcome. It’s 35 minutes and you can sit or lie, or move between each, to be comfortable and supported in your practice.
