Have you been wanting to learn to meditate but don't know how to start? Maybe you've been interested in mindfulness and meditation for a while but haven't found time to learn more? Do you need help to calm in stressful situations? Or perhaps you're searching for a way to slow down or find space amidst a busy life.
Our 5 week intro course aims for you to learn to be mindful and to meditate, on your own, anywhere, anytime.
Our approach is to be practical and keep things simple so mindfulness and meditation can be easily incorporated into our modern day lives. Courses run in February/March, May/June and October/November each year.

WEEKLY MEDITATION - tuesday’s 8.10-8.45pm
We offer weekly meditation sessions on Tuesday evenings from 8.10-8.45pm at St Augustine’s Fielder Hall, in Mentone.
These weekly meditation sessions follow a theme each term. In Term 2, 2019 we’re focussing on various aspects of iRest meditation; developing your Inner Resource, living with intention, cultivating your Heart Felt Desire and aspects of body and breath awareness, exploring emotions and thoughts, and their opposites, while emodying a sense of beingness and awareness, as a witness to what is, in meditation and taking this focus into each week. Bookings are by term, half term or casual. Everyone welcome. It’s 35 minutes and you can sit or lie, or move between each, to be comfortable and supported in your practice.
