“After 3 sessions with Nicky I’m back on track, feeling organised and energised. Nicky was able to easily help me bring to mind what had worked for me in the past and she always focussed on my strengths and what I could realistically do, keeping my action steps after each session achievable which allowed me to succeed at what I set out to do, and then build on it after reviewing what worked and what was proving to be more challenging. I now have a simple planning cycle I use for meals and am cooking from scratch and experimenting with a variety of new recipes for the very first time. I’m enjoying the changes I’ve made to my nutrition and activity, and I have more energy as a result. Thank you Nicky! “
