We offer Weekly yoga classes in Mentone & Parkdale as well as workshops in yoga, mindfulness meditation, goal setting & SUSTAINABLE habit creation.
Weekly YOGA CLASSES
Flourish Yoga evening classes offer a classical approach, based on Patanjali's 8 limbs of yoga. The asana (yoga poses) practice is a gentle hatha style. Each class incorporates yoga poses (asana), breathing practice (pranayama), self enquiry, meditation and relaxation.
Classes are suitable to all levels with variations offered throughout and students encouraged to work within their ability and honour the philosophy of least strain for the most gain.
Casual classes available - $25. Bookings essential.
