We offer Weekly yoga classes in Mentone, bayside melbourne. We also offer weekly mindfulness meditation and an introduction to meditation course, and individual coaching in yoga + meditation.


Weekly YOGA CLASSES

Flourish Yoga evening classes offer a classical approach, based on Patanjali's 8 limbs of yoga. The asana (yoga poses) practice is a gentle hatha style. Each class incorporates yoga poses (asana), breathing practice (pranayama), self enquiry, meditation and relaxation.  

Classes are suitable to all levels with variations offered throughout and students encouraged to work within their ability and honour the philosophy of least strain for the most gain. this philosophy has been passed on to me from my yoga teacher Helen Kershaw, and her teacher Margrit Segesman.

Casual yoga classes available - $25. Bookings essential.
