Apps Therapists Recommend

I’m excited to share this blog post I contributed to, by Jodie Gale from The Psychosynthesis Centre.

Jodie asked therapists what their favourite apps were and compiled a great resource post which I know I will refer to regularly, and hope you do to. While they are apps recommended for therapists, by therapists, there are many in here I know my clients will like too.

These include therapist preferred:

Organisation & Task Management Apps
Mindfulness & Affirmations Apps
Mental Health Apps
Self Care Apps
Relationship Apps and Health Apps
And others

My contribution to the list is the BorrowBox app. This is on regular rotation on my phone; while I’m walking, driving, or doing domestic chores.

I borrow eBooks and eAudiobooks from my local libraries using this app. I have found it to be an easy to use, and free, alternative to Audible. There is an extensive catalogue of books to choose from, with many recently published titles.

I do hope you check out this great list of curated apps, from a variety of therapists.
