Counselling Appointments

I’m available to see clients for in-person sessions in Dingley, Melbourne and with Telehealth online across Australia, and worldwide.

Some counselling clients come for one or two sessions to clear a particular block or find solutions and strategies. Others work with me for years, dipping in and out, and others have regular long term appointments. You are completely in control – I am led by your needs.

There is no box or formula.

I work for you and with you, so you feel supported yet appropriately challenged.

We can use talk therapy, including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Focusing Oriented Therapy, Solution Focussed Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness practices, tapping, or a combination of all of them—whatever works best for you and your needs. You don’t need a referral or a mental health care plan.

Mindfulness Courses

Mindfulness courses are currently running online, by arrangement.
Perfect to do by yourself (or share the cost with a small group of family and friends!), my online courses are a great way to begin transforming your life by learning the art of mindfulness and healthy habits. I will personally walk you through each session via Zoom—no pre-records here. In person sessions, at Dingley clinic room, are also available.


Introduction to Mindfulness
(5 sessions)

Learn about mindfulness utilising the breath, body, senses, gratitude, and compassion-- and the role they play in creating a meaningful and intentional life. Experience a variety of practices and techniques.

Includes five 45-minute Zoom sessions, opportunities to ask questions, and all reference guides and practice reminders emailed to you. Maximum six participants. Weekdays, evenings and weekends available.

Healthy Habits Course
(6 sessions)

The ideal follow-up to the Mindfulness course, we cover morning routines, pro-active stress management, movement and nutrition, self-awareness in a digital age, and resilience. 

Includes five 45-minute Zoom sessions, opportunities to ask questions, and all reference guides and practice reminders emailed to you. Maximum six participants. Weekdays, evenings and weekends available.
