Nonviolent Communication gives us a simple way to speak more clearly, especially when emotions are high.

The 4 key parts are: 🌿

What happened, without labels or blame.

2️⃣ Feelings
What emotion is here?
NVC - How to Use It 🤍

A simple NVC sentence can help you speak honestly without blaming.

Try this structure: 🌿

🌱 When I see / hear…
Describe what happened.

🌱 I feel…
Name the emotion.

🌱 Because I need / value…
